What if I receive the wrong product?

If you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately!! We will issue a Prepaid UPS label and mail it to you. All you need to do is affix the label to the box the product came in and return it to you nearest UPS agent at no cost to you. We will also immediately reship the correct product as soon as possible.

What happens when the product I receive does not work?

We do guarantee our products for a limited time and we will do everything in our power to fix the problem immediately. 

How do I return something I ordered incorrectly?

First contact us immediately and let us know, in most cases we will accept it back. We will issue an internal RMA (return merchandise authorization) and you will have 30 days from the date of the invoice to return the product. Once we receive the product we will credit your account accordingly minus a 20% restocking fee.
