Return Policy

Defective Products:

To return a product that is defective, contact your account representative within 30 days. Your account representative will send you replacement product and  send you a pre-paid return label for the defective merchandise. The label needs to be affixed to the top of the box the product came in and taken to your local UPS agent within 14 days. We will credit your account accordingly when we receive the merchandise.

Non-Defective Products (includes orders refused by customer or agent of customer):

(Please note that we do not automatically accept returns that are not defective as all sales are considered final)

To return products that are not defective ( customer ordered or gave information incorrectly - customer changed his/her mind, person ordering did not have authority - etc. ) you must first contact your account representative to ensure we will accept the product back. If we do the following rules apply:

	All returns must be within 30 days of purchase
	Customer is responsible for any charges incurred sending product back (if product is refused by customer then shipping both to and from customer will be charged)
	A restocking fee of at least 20% of the invoice will be deducted from the credit, your account representative will let you know if it is more.
	Refunds are only given via product credits, we do not issue cash refunds.
